I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience working with clients of all ages on the issues that separate them from meaningful connection with themselves and others. I enjoy working with individuals, families, and groups, and I take an existential approach to dealing with anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. As a counselor, I believe in the intrinsic worth of each human being and I would like to offer my assistance and support in helping to empower you to achieve your highest self.

Become ALIVE is a resilience curriculum and supplement to individual and group counseling that utilizes a five-step framework, ALIVE, to aid teenage and young adult clients (ages 14+) in exploring their strength and growth areas and in developing their own guiding philosophy for life. ALIVE stands for Awareness, Living Skills, Identity, Vigilance, and Empathy, areas participants will explore in an effort to become agents of change in their own lives . . . to Become fully ALIVE.
